Hello everyone,

I am studying jazz piano as a self-taught musician (at least as far as I can manage). During this period, I am practicing piano technique using pentatonic scales. Not having any reference text, I often find myself "wasting" a lot of time defining a comfortable and effective fingering. For this reason, I was wondering if there is a jazz piano technique book that covers various scales (perhaps not just pentatonic) with the corresponding fingerings included. Since time is always short... worst case scenario, I will write them myself.

Happy music

I don't think there is much out there; let's just say that fingering influences articulation and every jazz musician has their own... it's a shame to "standardize" it. If you feel like it, there is the jazz Hanon
