Bows have strings, every string has its own merits and you can even make the same pitches sound from strings different from those ordinarily used

I like them all. The deep one with the fourth string drives me crazy

Perhaps it would be better to post some examples of pieces from the repertoire that you like, and then we can see how they are realized in the score. Besides, I don't fully understand the meaning of the question: "what are the best registers of the violin?"
Every register has its merits; it depends on how they are used and at what point in the composition.
