Dear pianoexpert and thesimon, just yesterday, by contacting the Yamaha PF dealer in Milan, the company Tagliabue, regarding the long-standing and unresolved problems with tuning and the breakage of the damper pedal lever spring cup of my PF B1 PE, which Paolo is aware of, the gentleman on the other end of the phone, recognizing my typically "Vesuvius" voice timbre despite the fact that I have lived in the province of Varese for many years, as soon as I mentioned the problems with the PF, replied "strangely subdued, like a little lamb," given the reprimand received from Yamaha Italy, which had been informed by the undersigned; after a while, the company manager contacted me apologizing for what happened.... and promptly arranging for the technician to intervene for the original replacement part and for a new tuning free of charge because... they were afraid of further complaints from me to the parent company.... let's hope for the best...

He who endures, wins...

Greetings...

But it was clear Saverio, it seemed too strange to me that Yamaha would dirty its hands for such a trifle, from what I see it seems like a very serious company.

Dear toronfabio....is it even possible that, to have a bit of guarantee, one must always fight? It should instead be the opposite, given the great economic depression we are in, that manufacturers should treat us with "kid gloves"..how many of us poor workers are ready to buy a brand new piano...and yet...these gentlemen, once they have sold the piano, couldn't care less, whereas I think differently; perhaps it is because I am 53 years old, if a retailer treats me well, the word-of-mouth propaganda starts spreading among friends, relatives, and so on...forget about television and internet channels.

THANK YOU

regards
