obviously the nibelung doesn't exist the wagnerian tetralogy is called The Ring of the Nibelung (Der Ring des Nibelungen), and to find the librettos just search for them... the easiest answer is always that, "ask google".

Manacorda's translation is beautiful

A study on rhythmic translations would really be needed, especially those Wagnerian ones :-) there are many of them, if I'm not mistaken Boito did some too
