The Raised Fourth on a Harmony Pedal

The harmony pedal is realized by concatenating chords that share a note which is held for a significant portion of the piece. If you deem it appropriate to use the raised fourth and it shares a note with the chord before and the one after... why not.

The difficulty, perhaps, lies in inserting it into an effective syntax.
