The umpteenth Italian disgrace....Ico "Tito Schipa": in mobility in 2015

the umpteenth Italian disgrace... a third-rate orchestra, which has never even tried to recover and which plays in a reality where, probably, it is not even appreciated. Its EXISTENCE is the example of an Italian disgrace, which builds pseudo-public positions to keep the musicians' ass warm who do not want to enter the market, or the world of real music... and they are being transferred (mobility), they haven't even been fired! I mean, I have been singing in a lyrical choir for 8 years and I have monthly contracts, and these people are complaining because they are being put on mobility?!
