First of all, let me introduce myself
I have been playing the piano for 3 years
I have a problem that I just cannot overcome
The pinky finger of my right hand always tends to lift, pointing upwards especially during fast passages but not only.
Are there specific exercises for finger control? What can be done concretely to eliminate the problem?
Furthermore, I would like to know how to increase the strength of both hands, especially the fingers
Mine are tapered even though I easily reach a tenth
I have difficulty, for example, performing Rachmaninov's Prelude Op. 23 No. 5, because in both the arpeggiated part and the chords, I cannot play deep into the keys. I have also tried practicing slowly and without problems, but when I bring it up to speed, there is nothing to be done; I cannot push all the way down
Thank you
