Even if the title sounds a bit too "commercial," the topic is serious

I would like to do an in-depth study on the most significant works of the period (from approximately 1960 to 1970), what would you include? And if I may ask so much, why?

I didn't understand what you mean by significant and especially for whom. In the meantime, I wouldn't hesitate to listen

to Bruno Bettinelli:

- Episodi per orchestra (1961-1962)

- Concerto for 2 pianos and chamber orchestra (1962)

- 3rd Concerto for orchestra (1964)

- Piano Concerto No. 2 (1968)

- Varianti per orchestra (1970)

but also to Benjamin Britten

- A Midsummer Night's Dream (1960), inspired by Shakespeare's play

- War Requiem (1961) for soprano, tenor and baritone soloists, chamber orchestra, boys' chorus, mixed chorus and orchestra.

- Nocturnal, after John Dowland (1963), variations for solo guitar on a song for lute and voice by John Dowland

- Curlew River (1964)

- The Burning Fiery Furnace (1966)

- The Prodigal Son (1968)
