I ask for forgiveness for my spaghetti-like French!

an extra-musical topic of disconcerting banality. subject: extra-strong mint candies, English brand and sold in small paper packets. focused?

i adore them. always have. coincidentally, today, while waiting for public transport, I was reading the back of the packaging. after listing the ingredients, a disturbing disclaimer alarmed me: "do not administer to children under 5 years of age."

mmm... perhaps the strong flavor could be a probable cause of choking in a child.

and what if there were other reasons?

e.g. I am not particularly paranoid. the fact is that the tram is running late and I don't know how to kill time anymore. the alternative would be blasphemy!

I hope your tram has arrived in the meantime!

As for the candies, I wouldn't be too surprised... Balsamic flavors in general facilitate bronchospasm in children and therefore if a subject were predisposed (children have greater bronchial reactivity) they could have asthma-like reactions!
