Touch Designer is a software that allows the interaction of audio, video, and lighting systems, used for years now
for audio-reactive video, light shows, projections, interactive installations, video mapping, and environmental design.
It allows communication with all the most important audio-video production software such as Max, Live, Processing, Arduino, etc.
and to control hardware systems like light dimmers, also through the use of external controllers.
Knowledge of software such as Photoshop, After Effects, or 3D programs like 3Dstudio or Maya is an advantage but not indispensable
The workshop is divided into two levels; for a total price of 400 euros, there are also agreements for low-cost accommodation
near the theater, more info in the attachments.
Andrew Quinn is an Australian artist expert in digital graphics and a musician residing in Milan.
He curated the digital effects for films such as “The Matrix” and “Tomb Raider”, “Nirvana” and “Vajont”.
In recent years he has dedicated himself to video installations for multi-screen and immersive environments and to interactive digital graphics
for contemporary dance and music productions.
In 2011 he created sound reactive visuals for the Koine series for Pomeriggi Musicali, Teatro dal Verme Milan
and in 2012 for the Biennale della Musica in Venice. He has taught at NABA, Milan, Quasar Institute of Design, Rome
and at the Australian Film School, Sydney.
Pierluigi Vienna is a guitar instructor and composer expert in electronic music who has dedicated himself in recent years to studies on
audio-video interaction and interactive installations. After the Ondaquadra experience, he participated in festivals such as Sziget and Sunsplash with audio-video sets.
A student of Andrew Quinn, in 2013 he curated the live visuals for the shows "Verdi crossings", produced by the Milan Conservatory
and "Live improvisation" produced by the municipality of Ameno.
