During the moon landing, Neil Armstrong encountered Beethoven: true or false?

From what I have on the WEB it seems to be true

To me it seems like a joke...

Does anyone know where this legend comes from?

Maybe the astronaut liked moonlight... and once on the moon.... What nonsense!

Jokes aside, I didn't even know such a legend existed; what kind of legend is it? At most, it will be an anecdote!
