Dearest pianoexpert, yesterday one of your colleagues came to fix my piano in question; I must say, he was very conscientious in the tuning, done "by ear," and in trying to remedy the famous creaking of the right pedal. According to him, the annoying squeak was due to the helical spring, which escapes from the return spring to the damper actuation rod and, alas... however, he sprayed a normal anti-squeak spray on the coils of the spring, and not a Teflon spray... I could have done it myself at this point!!?? anyway.... let's hope for the best... many compliments again on the tutorials, and I hope that in your next tutorial you can clear up my ideas regarding the transmission mechanics of the upright piano.
Hi and good work, you are GREAT!!
