Forgive my ignorance... but what does the tutorial part consist of?
(in the sense that there is no explanation in the video... what am I missing?)

Hi Aspirante, in the sense that with any overhead shot where the hands are clearly visible, a user can download it in 2019, perhaps play it in slow motion and manage to figure out all the chords.
There is no sheet music for this music available commercially.
The author of the original version is THE pianist Virg Dzurinko. Exceptional!

I had never thought of that Foster... I would have said by ear and not "in slow motion"
