furthermore, they tell me it is not that simple to uninstall. Incidentally, I dragged the icon from the Applications folder to the trash but it doesn't work. can someone give me a tip, please?

Try downloading Iobit uninstaller, it has a "forced" uninstallation function and usually completes the deletion procedure successfully.

Moreover, when you move a program to the trash, traces of it still remain in regedit, the system registry, so sometimes it is necessary to perform a search to delete the files of the program to be uninstalled from the latter.
