In the Chamber's Budget Committee, an amendment to the 'Milleproroghe' decree was approved which, if confirmed, will extend the equivalence value of the II level Biennio also to old-system diplomas obtained up to 31.12.2017. I remind you that the 2012 stability law had set a limit of 24.12.2012, forcing graduates after that date to obtain the Biennio.

Ok Zedef, but to sign up for the lists to teach in schools, a two-year qualification period is still always necessary, right? It seems to me that registration for the rankings should reopen shortly.

The amendment has been maintained. Therefore, as stated, the equivalence applies to old system diplomas obtained by December 31, 2017 (later, with 99.99% certainty, another extension will arrive). I remind you that it is also necessary to possess a high school diploma and that the equivalence is exclusively "for the sole purpose of admission to public competitions for access to functional qualifications in public employment for which possession thereof is prescribed". It is not valid for entering a bank, just to say.

For teaching, one needs to study the new competition classes (DPR 19 of 14.02.2016): I have only just started reading..
