how are the 1st and 2nd variants of the quartets in the first measure of the invention in C for two voices by Bach performed? (more precisely when there are thirty-second notes)

If you mean as a variation, the embellishment on the B quarter note, it becomes B-A as 64th notes and B as a dotted 16th note (fingering: 2-1-3 --> si-la-si)

Same thing for the F quarter note in the second measure (fingering: 2-1-3 --> fa-mi-fa)
