I would say that tuning is a very difficult thing. You can try with an electronic tuner, which I do not use. The electronic tuner often fails to hear the inharmonicities and can be imprecise in the lows and the extreme highs. There is also theory that one must know. I would recommend finding courses in Italy or Europe, working alongside a professional. The Offenberg is a piano that is quite difficult to tune and stabilize.
