And Gheorghiu got angry... it wouldn't be the first time that Gheorghiu gets angry about her colleagues' encores. Let us remember that 9 times out of 10, operas structurally “allow” encores for tenor arias but not for soprano arias, which, anyway, by tradition, are almost never encored.
