My name is Luciano, I am a teacher specializing in psychomotricity in high schools for disability recovery .... I live in Sardinia and as can be seen from my nickname, I am also interested in sports related to apnea. Music has always been part of my life; lately, I mostly listen to acoustic piano and guitar music, especially fingerstyle, and I have recently discovered chamber choral music, including children's choirs. My hands struggle on keyboards different from piano octaves and touch various types of ebony. I am a self-taught acoustic guitar player, strictly handcrafted and luthiery-made according to fingerstyle techniques, following the American school of modern guitar. I own several guitars by both Italian and American luthiers. I love Alex De Grassi, the late and immense Michael Hedges, Will Ackerman, American stylists, and among the Italians Morone, Lupi, Giovanni Ferro. Among pianists and jazz musicians: Lyle Mays, Bill Carrothers, one of the many "heirs" of Bill Evans, and everything that has a deep compositional soul for my emotional chords ...obviously
Why am I here? Exactly!
My son is finishing middle school with a musical focus playing on an excellent Viscount digital piano, with a Fatar weighted keyboard featuring graded action. He has reached a good level despite the instrument: Beethoven's Sonata No. 20 in G major op.49 no.2 and some Bach inventions, I believe the 8th,
By now, if he continues to music high school or conservatory—we shall see—he needs a real piano, an upright one; for this reason, as an enthusiast of fine woods from guitar luthiery, I have become passionate about the instrument and here I have found many precious indications..
