Hello everyone, I am Mario, a somewhat seasoned man who delights in playing the piano with the pleasant illusion of succeeding sooner or later.
To tell the truth, it has been years that this is my intention, but everything that I learn during the winter during the long rainy and cold days,
which induce one to stay indoors and study hard, I lose with the arrival of spring and the beautiful days that instead lead you to move about
and go out, consequently neglecting the study of the instrument.
Figuratively speaking, it is like Penelope's web which she wove by day and unraveled by night; I learn something in winter and lose it in summer.
I always gravitate around the sphere of the few pieces that I pick up and pick up again, improving something today only to lose it immediately after.
I take some private lessons, and by doing so, I hope to consolidate at least a minimum of what I study.
I also venture into tuning and have followed with great interest the videos that Mr. Paolo Ferrarelli has published on piano mechanics and tuning principles, and I thank him sincerely.
I will not intervene often in the forum, but I will certainly read and ask questions if necessary.
Thank you for the welcome and I hope I haven't bored anyone, greetings.
