I thank you for the welcome and say hello.

I am a senior electrical engineer and industrial systems engineer of 40 years, and a player for at least 50 (born with the Beatles). I have had experiences, generally jazz-oriented, with various musical instruments (mainly guitar, bass, trombone, and piano).

I very much appreciated a video tutorial, encountered almost by chance, on piano tuning, and I felt the need to delve deeper into the subject, especially encouraged by facing a Technician who, like me, even if with apparently different applications, has dealt with vibrations all his life, and therefore can forgive any technicalities that may accompany the discussion, if I am unable to do without them.
