I also checked the Creative Commons website, but coincidentally (all of them) wash their hands of legal aspects and possible data loss, but I wonder if at this point

wouldn't it be faster to just email oneself, perhaps via PEC [certified email] so as to have proof (even by printing it out) of the date on which something was deposited.

I would be tempted to register for one of these sites, but first they say that what you deposit is "marked", then there is no legal security, then that data could be lost,

It seems like a valid alternative, you pay 15 euros for registration and there are no annual fees (this is what I seem to have understood, but I am waiting for an email response).

I don't think you can have a double registration; if you have signed a contract with SIAE, you should first dissolve it

"Anyway" they are deleting me due to arrears (however, what I have deposited, just like anyone else who gets deleted, remains in the archive; the difference is that I will not be able to benefit from the proceeds in case

of use of the deposited music, anyway the problem doesn't exist since it won't happen).

I have no problem talking about it; the fact is not so much being in arrears, but not having the sum to pay. Unlike others, I have been in a crisis for several years, and not just for 2 or 3.

I found out by chance (because they did not communicate it to the members) that from this year onwards, just one unpaid year is enough to "risk" cancellation; I know they have

(therefore) backdated this newly introduced "rule," and for various reasons (having made a mistake paying the slip for my brother, which was a coincidence) and situations that

struggle to resolve themselves, I find myself with 2+1 years to pay; that is the reason, just to name one, even if in previous years I paid in advance, when you don't have money you are always seen

as someone who doesn't want to pay, and not as someone who cannot. On Thursday I have a dental procedure (after 7 years, imagine what a luxury it is to carry a health problem for years

because you don't have the money to pay for a dentist), and to pay for this, I will fall behind significantly with other expenses, and we are always chasing (everything); this is one of the reasons why

I always say (perhaps someone is tired of hearing and reading it) that it is already difficult for me to concentrate, and consequently to complete things with peace of mind (which is non-existent).

It is not high (but we are always talking about "relatively"), it is 2 years plus this one from 2013.

They told me they are sending a registered letter (if it arrives before the expiration date highlighted in it) explicitly stating the procedures

for cancellation (which have already been initiated), and if after its arrival I do not settle everything, I will be cancelled.

A part of which is a "solution" (since I am now back to zero again; today I finally had a dentist appointment after 7 years—I say 7 years, and even

health has taken a backseat, partly due to my own responsibilities in some cases) that I am taking into consideration: they replied to me from Spain (their equivalent

of SIAE) that if I go with them, after being cancelled (or having cancelled myself) from SIAE, one can send a work in paper format and also in MP3 format,
the whole thing for just a 15 euro registration fee, without annual fees; but what is truly interesting is the possibility of being able to send works via the internet (which I don't trust

much anyway), however, it is quite a convenience; if SIAE allowed the online submission of a work as a "preliminary" step, followed by submission via regular mail, it would solve

logistical "problems" for many people.

Anyway, I am "certain" that a little job will come in 3 days before the deadline (like everything in my life, everything is always at the last moment), and I will be able to resolve

the "situation."
