I also found this one but it doesn't have a straw. So I wouldn't know how to direct it to the right spot
What about silicone lubricant sprays instead?

Teflon, as I have already mentioned in my other posts, can solve some lubrications due to sliding friction, such as for example frame-board. Excessive friction caused by the mechanical pins can only be resolved by replacing the pins. In piano mechanics, I advise against attempting to resolve friction between parts by overusing lubricants (even dry ones). I am also against using Ballistol. Some technicians partially extract the pins and heat them. At the moment, the pins work better... but keep in mind that an overheated pin expands both the side gaskets of the capstan and the central part of the wooden counterweight, which distorts the principle that fixes the pin to the center and allows it to slide on the gaskets. Everything expands, and when the pin cools down, the stability in the central wooden part is lost. Over time, the pin could even come out of its seat! Therefore, the work on the pins, which must be done "to last over time," should involve boring out the gaskets and increasing the size of the pin itself.
This also applies to the keyboard bushings which, if dirty and worn, must be replaced, possibly using a hot procedure with top-quality cashmere. Lubricating them, even with dry lubricant, does not resolve lateral sliding, making the keyboard "uneven" in the key depression.
