hello I entered this world about 3 years ago,
I work with a piano company that deals with the piano 360°, from transport to rental, to working on mechanics, through tuning and restoration.
After these first 3 years I have learned to tune the piano by ear (a lot of effort) now I have asked myself a question: would it be economically advantageous to go and do this job in another nation? In which nation is it economically and professionally convenient to go and practice this job?

There, the culture of restoration and maintenance of the instrument exists, and life for the piano is much "less difficult". However, I do not know the professional field, because my interest has always been directed toward research and experimentation. In France, pianism is very refined. The pianist is very attentive to the sensitivity of touch. I have met and studied in the past with Daniel Magne, who was a great technician: He has assisted all the greatest pianists and has written a book published by Val de Verde. Perhaps you should direct your interest toward the large manufacturing companies and aspire to collaborate with them (I don't know if you like the idea)
