Hello, I was wondering if the execution of the acciaccatura that the book of Bach's English Suites leads me to, precisely in the allemande, is correct, as it has the function of taking away a minimum value from the main note, whereas as can be seen in the attached image it is interpreted differently... Could it be an error?

Which edition would it be? I don't have the suites on hand right now, but I am almost certain it is an appoggiatura as marked in the resolution; it doesn't seem to me that Bach ever marked acciaccaturas, and certainly not Carl Philipp for that matter.

In this performance by Ivo Pogorelich, at that point in the measure, it seems to be a different execution than a sixteenth-note appoggiatura, but rather more like a thirty-second-note one.

Too tight, on the dotted rhythms the appoggiatura is elongated, sometimes even slightly more than the eighth note

I suggest you use Henle editions; in addition to being critical in the introductory notes, you can find useful suggestions on the correct interpretation of ornaments.

beyond the fact that it is an appoggiatura, the realization is correct. On a dotted value, 2/3 of the dotted value itself is taken from the appoggiatura, otherwise it becomes an acciaccatura on the beat. The sixteenth note fa and sixteenth note mi b followed by sixteenth note si b is fine (I think the piece is in G minor?)

The piece is the Allemande from Bach's second English Suite in A minor, so without flats

I had confused it! Anyway, the realization of the embellishment is correct.
