Well, I would say we can consider the clavichord finished.

All that's missing is someone willing to spend 4000 euros

Anyway, I already have other projects in mind

considering the work that has been done and especially all the expertise required, 400 euros is not much.... .

Ahahahahah Frank 0 plus 0 minus... with 400 euros I'll pay just a little more than the materials used, it seems to me

No, for heaven's sake! I had read correctly... 4000, but then an extra 0 stayed with me (and not just that. I meant "necessary competence") on the keyboard.

But yes, don't worry, let's just say that for instruments of these dimensions it is the average price... an instrument of 4 and a half or 5 octaves that measures about 1 meter and 40 cm costs around 6500... the difference is noticeable...

Anyway, I am undecided whether to make another clavichord (they are too lovely and easy to build) but large, or a spinet...

Anyway, I'm already thinking about the next instrument... I'm undecided between a large clavichord of 4 and a half or 5 octaves and a Spinet... I have 3 ideas:

2) Hubert tied clavichord from 1789 with 4 and a half octaves

It seems there is a small update to announce, I need to do some string tests and try to decrease the gauges, it might perhaps sound better and with more harmonics, we will see on Monday.
