PS, regardless of everything, assuming your orchestration is good, by moving the oboe from the middle octave to the high octave (and since there is no one else remaining in that octave), the result is the "decapitation" of an octave and it is very noticeable, because only that high one remains.
You're right, then in the ff Beethoven almost always uses everything... I was a bit rushed with the timing and wasn't very "attentive."
