I removed hammer no. 1 and placed it in place of 23, ... the inclination is slightly different but the key doesn't stick and the sound is ok .... this while waiting for the technician to find me a new and identical nut.

The satisfaction? .... that of having succeeded on my own, or rather, with your help.

These breakages often happen on upright pianos... in my opinion, it would be better to trust the technician, since the alignment of the hammer rail is fundamental to avoid repetition problems or annoying noises.
