I did it with Avast, the file does not appear to be infected...what should I do..?
I tried to delete it, it won't let me delete it, it says that Trusted authorization or something like that is required....

I downloaded combofix and ran a scan; it is a very aggressive program but it seems to have solved the problem, finding and deleting infected files from the system32 folder....

In general, it is not nice to delete files in system32, let's hope he hasn't deleted any necessary files
