On Tuesday I have an appointment at the San Donato polyclinic; the time is 11:30, once the visit is finished I am free as a bird until the boarding time for the plane which leaves at 21:30 if I remember correctly.

Dearest Viola, I wish you could come too... I promise no dirty jokes.

P.S. I would even bring the wine, along with some good pecorino, and to make sure we don't miss anything, I'll add some pane carasau; I'll stuff it all into a cardboard suitcase and pass it off as carry-on luggage :lol: I would probably be arrested as a southern terrorist

But the Milanese always call it by the old name [Metro red line, stop 'Palestro']

if the weather is terrible, I suggest

Antica focacceria San Francesco (Sicilian, it is a "rib" of the original one in Palermo)

It is located in Via San Paolo, practically attached to the Duomo... I already took Daniele there during one of his visits to Milan.

If we go there (but I hope to be outdoors) for me, the panino c'a meusa will be a must
